I do agree with you shelly 'Jamaica is not that bad' For goodness sake let us feel and see some positive vibes. That must be an old fowl coop!! Or some shed, maybe. I know it is not funny, but let's get real, we too damn proud even in tough circumstances..... JAMAICA FORWARD EVER - BACKWARD NEVER!!!!

Jamaica is too beautiful for a family to be living in a shack.....What can we do to improve the quality of life in Jamaica? Send a couple $$$$$ back home to help...

Why is it so hard to believe that this could be a house. Are we so detached from reality that we fail to remember that too many of our people live in extreme poverty? Come on people! Wake up. We don't come from a first world country. We have problems. Robert we have been sending dollars for far too long and the problems only get worse. We need to start over from scratch, realize where we went wrong as a nation, whether it our politics or morals or even both. For Jamaica's sake we need to change everything. Not easy but possible, so that more people can live comfortably through honest means.

I totally agree with Mr.Kurt Hickling, I have been to the beautiful island of Jamaica many of times with my husband and I have seen people living in these conditions, so instead of people looking on the negativity of someones woderful work of art in their own creation of what they could do best at that time in their llife, lets look at how we can possibly help that person to live again and to remember that God didn;t take his life, he took his house but someday God will indeed blesss him with something again.

i do agree with kirk and its not ashame where some people live because u might not be total comfortable where u live but thats what ucall home an thats what u can afford so to some poor comment dont look down on your fallin brothers and sister because u can afford to live inpash houses if you cant try and be courteous

I agree with Kurt and Allison................this is a home for someone, you
forget there is poverty everywhere...not everyone can afford a nicer home.

be real, you have people inthe the U.S.A. living on the streets, at least these people had shelter from the sun and the rain, so it is not that Jamaica isn,t beautiful, but in every country you have the people that are fortunate to have nice cars, house, etc. and people who only have a few pieces of clothes and their lives, and that is the most important thing, because as long as you have live you have hope. so stop critizing the less fortunate.
