- Assess the Ministry's business objectives and identify its technology requirements
- Monitor and recommend the development of systems, programmes and database maintenance practices
- Integrate state-of-the art telecommunication and computer hardware into existing systems and proposed network configuration for information systems
- Plan, organize and implement application upgrades to enhance the operating systems

| Qualifications: |
- A Master of Science in Management information Systems/Computer Science plus five years experience in a senior position in a large complex organization with a network of offices islandwide.
- A Bachelor of Science in Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science plus ten years experience in a similar position as above
